If you are experiencing a crisis, or if you are in need of nutritional support, we may be able to help.
To apply for assistance, please print and complete our Family Registration Form and Food Request List. Also, please read and sign our Family Policies and Responsibilities document. Return these forms with the requested ID’s (must be original IDs, not copies) for each household member. We cannot accept these forms and IDs via email so please make arrangements to bring them to Fresh Harvest Food Bank during our office hours or by appointment.
Your registration information will be kept confidential. We review applications weekly and you will be notified if your application is approved.
Please bring the following documents with you when registering for the food program.
1. Competed Family Registration form.
2. Completed Food Request List.
3. Signed Family Policies and Responsibilities document.
4. Requested IDs for each household member.
